Whether you're just starting out or looking to refresh your skills, these three (3) Personal Training session are a great way to gain both hands on & in depth knowledge of CrossFits basic barbell movements & techniques. Our step-by-step approach will have you bristling with confidence in no time.

Each one of these exciting & in-depth session is scaled to your ability & focuses on the different techniques & various aspects of using barbells & dumbbells confidently:

Session 1 - Focuses on Squatting starting with the body weight squat
Session 2 - Focuses on Pressing & overhead positioning
Session 3 - Focuses on Pulling weights from the floor to various positions.

All sessions can be booked via Box Mate or your Team-up Schedule page by clicking on any available Personal Training Slots.

Terms and Conditions

This Membership is a One (1) Month Contract Agreement & will be billed from the day of purchase & is valid for 35 days. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership which will Terminate Automatically at the end of term.

Early Cancellations are only acceptable for those with long term injuries, directly affecting their ability to use the training facility in question. Medical proof will be required upon any such agreement.

CrossFit North Devon reserves the right to cancel any Membership Agreement if there is a breach of misconduct involving any Staff Members or other Facility Users.
