Terms and Conditions
This Membership is a Ten (10) Class Pack Contract & will be billed from the day of purchase & is valid for three months . The purchaser will be entitled to 10 classes or Open gym each week. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. See the details on the "Description" tab for more information.
Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.
We respectively request that you honour your Contractual Agreement & acknowledge that the discounted price of your chosen Membership Package is reflective of your Membership Commitment Term. Early Cancellations are only acceptable for those with long term injuries, directly affecting their ability to use the training facility in question. Medical proof will be required upon any such agreement.
CrossFit North Devon reserves the right to cancel any Membership Agreement if there is a breach of misconduct involving any Staff Members & other Facility Users.
