Signature Class: Pole Flow

Meditative Stretching, Pole Tricks, and Flow – 18+

Step into a warm, dimly lit red sanctuary, where the outside world fades, and your body becomes your guide. Accompanied by soothing sounds, this four-week immersive experience offers a 60-minute session each week, designed to engage your mind, body, and spirit.

Each class begins with a 12-minute warm-up, drawing from Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and Meditation to prepare your body for movement and deepen your connection to breath. From there, you’ll transition into learning pole tricks and flow, weaving everything together into seamless sequences. Every month introduces a new combination, culminating in a surprise twist in the final week.

You’ll progress at your own pace, with the option to remain in your level or consult your instructor about moving up. This class isn’t just about learning tricks—it’s about becoming a fluid, expressive mover, someone who can feel the rhythm, trust their instincts, and flow effortlessly.

Why We Call It Pole Flow

Pole Flow is more than just tricks—it’s the art of moving smoothly and intentionally. We begin each class with calming breathwork and warmups to clear your mind, relax your body, and prepare you for new experiences.

Breathing is everything. Without breath connection, movement feels disconnected. When you harness your breath, pole tricks become easier, and confidence follows. Graceful dancers don’t just perform—they embody a deep, inner calm that makes every movement effortless. It takes practice, but one day, it all clicks—and that’s when true flow begins.

Who Is This Class For?

This class is for women only, focusing on confidence, sensuality, and self-expression. We embrace our femininity, our sexuality, and our power as women in a safe, supportive space where judgment has no place and encouragement thrives.

Worried about body size or fitness level? Don’t be. Pole dancing is for every body. You don’t need upper-body strength to start—you build it as you go. There are plenty of moves to try before inverting, so your journey is uniquely yours.

We also welcome individuals who identify as female and want to explore their femininity, pending a 1:1 consultation with Crystal, the owner of Fly Girls.

What to Wear

Comfortable workout clothing—shorts and a fitness top are ideal.

You don’t have to remove your shirt, but exposing your biceps and thighs helps with grip.

Bike shorts are great for beginners as they provide coverage while allowing knee and hip contact with the pole.

Sensitive knees? Invest in knee pads (volleyball knee pads work well and cost around £15 on Amazon or in sports stores).

You can change at the studio if needed.

Our Four-Week Beginner Course runs from March 3rd to March 24th with two beginner-friendly classes:
