Intro to CrossFit

Our 2 class intro course is designed to deliver the fundamentals of CrossFit movement and is essential to prepare you for our classes.
During the course you will be professionally coached through the major lifts used within CrossFit by passionate and dedicated coaches and be gradually introduced to our CrossFit WODs (workout of the day).

All members must complete this course to take part in classes. You can be confident in the knowledge that you will be performing all movements safely and effectively right from the beginning of your CrossFit journey. .

Alternatively, you can complete this course with 2x 1-2-1 personal training sessions at a cost of £70 at a time more suitable to you. Just contact us via info@strong101.co.uk to arrange the sessions.
