Aerial Yoga Day Retreat

Join me on March the 5th for the second of my Aerial Yoga Retreats. It's a full day starting at 9am finishing at 5pm. I'll be using the hammocks to not only create strength and flexibility in your body but also spend time exploring alignment within Yoga poses to establish a practice that will set you up for a healthy strong practice. We will also look at clearing any blocks not only in the body but in the mind that always seem to step in the way of you achieving whatever it is you need to succeed . Expect a full day of Aerial Yoga, Yoga, Mind fullness, Meditation, great company and food. All abilities are welcome to join...New to Aerial or Yoga or been practicing for a while.
