Beginners Programme - Friday Daytime - Pink Group
An 8 week programme led by a qualified run-leader, where you will progress gradually up to a 5K run by the end of the programme. Please note the cost of the programme is £40, plus a £10 charge for an Athena high-vis, which is fully refundable if you don’t carry on with Athena and return it to your leader.
