Core Support: 6 Week Course

Learn progressively in the container of a closed group. This can be an extremely satisfying way to work for both students and teacher, who can track their growth over the period of the course.

This 6 week course introduces a strong, stable and cohesive practice of yoga asana that is full of integrity. 

With a focus on integrated core work, attention to alignment and breath to balance your structure and manage pressures and forces that effect the pelvic floor. Practices are offered that are suitable for DR, prolapse, incontinence.

Classes are audio recorded and available to enrolled students, allowing for material to be revised.
