We understand that having a new baby is wonderful time, but that it can be difficult for new mums to find time to get back into shape.

The Mams and Prams fitness classes run during off peak times therefore we aim to offer an inviting environment, the sessions are for new mums only with the aim of reducing anxiety around getting back into shape after having your baby.

You can bring along your baby, there will be a dedicated area right next to where you will be working out to park up your pram. Don't fret if your baby needs your attention during the class just see to them without feeling guilty.

Bring your pushchair, carseat, bouncer chair whatever your baby will be most comfortable in for the 1hr session.

WHAT YOU WILL GET:
