One off session with Heather or Andy. Contact the gym to book in once paid.Pride Performance Gym memberships have a 30 day cancellation notice. When cancelling, a 30 day notice period will apply to your account. You'll be charged the full monthly amount up until the end of the 30 day period.
If cancelling a personal training session or class, you must give more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations within this 24 hour period will be charged full session cost including no-shows.
If a session is cancelled by Pride Performance, you will not be charged for the session and it will be rearranged.
