Bronze Personal Training Package - 1 personal training session per week. You can choose either Heather or Andy for your sessions. Contact the gym to book in once paid. Coaching sessions can be booked for times which the gym is not usually open - this offers a private training space for clients - as well as during opening hours. Sessions are not transferable. 3 months minimum sign up. Contracts are rolling on a 1 cycle basis after the original contract of 3 months. If you stop paying or leave before your original contract is up, the remaining cost is due in full at that time.
Once your contract is up, AMG Lifting Lab has a 30 day cancellation notice.
If cancelling a personal training session or class, you must give more than 24 hours notice. Cancellations within this 24 hour period will be charged full session cost including no-shows.
