FREE Youth - An Introduction To Weightlifting

Free 6 week course introducing youth (12-17) to strength training and weightlifting.

The project is designed for young people and will give participants the opportunity to learn the skills they need to safely perform a range of resistance training exercises and better understand the benefits that strength and a healthy lifestyle can have on their long-term physical and mental health.

If your child wants to continue after this course, they can join our youth weightlifting class.
