A block of four 60 minutes sessions. This is an ideal option for those clients who wish to commit to making positive change quickly. Sessions would be taken over a 10 week period. During a typical first yoga therapy session I will spend some time taking a full medical history. The body, posture, simple movements and the breath may be observed and any issues and concerns can be discussed. We will then discuss how yoga therapy may help and together we develop a tailor made yoga therapy programme matched to your specific needs and goals. You will also be introduced to the first of your bespoke yoga therapy techniques for you to take home and use. On the second and subsequent sessions, you will start to be guided through your own personal yoga a therapy programme and given your own home practice. This will be reviewed at each session and revised and adapted as necessary.
