Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Sean Armstrong Fitness Ltd (hereinafter: “SAF”) and You (hereinafter: "the Allstar”).

Your Membership Will Auto-Renew Unless...

Your membership will renew automatically for a minimum commitment of 6 months, following those initial 6 months, it will continue on a monthly rolling basis. To cancel at the end of your 6 months, the cancellation must be announced a minimum of 60 days before the end of that 6 month agreement by completing a cancellation request form.

All Sales Are Final(-ish)

All sales are final. New Memberships have a no-risk, 7-day guarantee. As a first-time Allstar who has not previously had an SAF membership or trial offer, you may terminate your agreement and receive a complete refund within 7 days of your first class or small group personal training session. We want to be your home for health and fitness glory, but if you're not having a good time in the first week, just let us know, and we'll help you find a better fit in someone else's loving arms. #SingleTearFalls

Use 'Em or Lose 'em

With your SAF Membership, you have been allotted a specified number of classes or small group personal training sessions to be accessed every month. During the term of your agreement, a new allocation of credits is available for your use every month, starting with your auto-payment and expiring a month later. Your unused credits will not carry over, so plan in advance, and use that shit!

Your Auto-Payments Occur Every Month

You will be billed every month unless you have pre-paid your Membership. A charge of £25 will be made for any payment returned due to non-payment. SAF may change membership terms and rates under this agreement by posting notice of such change at least 30 days in advance of such change. While we’d love to be able to maintain our rates forever, business costs do go up and sadly, we may have to increase our pricing too to make sure we can continue to invest in our service and team.

You Agree to Be Nice (Don't be an Asshole.)

You agree to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by SAF, for the use of SAF training facilities, premises, and equipment therein, and SAF reserves the right to revoke this membership for cause if you fail to keep and obey any such rules and regulations, or for reasons of nuisance, disturbance of other members or staff, moral turpitude (lol) or fraud.

Membership Pauses

Membership pauses are not possible for any non-medical reason. Any medical related membership pauses will only be accepted when requested by an official email sent to info@seanarmstrongfitness.co.uk and accompanied by authentication from a registered medical practitioner.

Membership pauses are not permitted during the initial contracted period of 3 months.

Once the initial contracted period of 3 months has expired and a rolling monthly contract has been entered- Membership Pauses are limited to 60 days (2 payments) per calendar year, in 30-60 day increments only.

All Membership Pause requests require 30 days notice before the next scheduled payment date - any requests received later cannot be processed until after the next scheduled payment.

Upon expiration of any pause period, membership payment will automatically reactivate and resume.

If you choose to cancel your membership during the pause period you must follow the normal cancellation procedure.

If You Decide to Terminate Down the Road...

Though we'd be sad to see you go, we're committed to making the divorce as painless as possible.

Terminating at the End of Your Current Agreement: Your membership is set to automatically auto-renew on a monthly basis at the end of your 6-month term so that you will have continual access to your small group personal training sessions. If you do not wish for your membership to continue, you must fill out a termination request no later than 60 days prior to the first auto-payment of what would have been your next term.

Terminating a Membership Early: Allstars terminating a 6-month commitment early will incur a termination fee of £250, due at the time of termination.

All cancellations have a 60-day notice period, meaning any payments within the 60-day notice period will be processed as usual. (i.e. if notice is given on 14th March, your notice period will begin from the 1st April, with your last full payment on 1st May and your membership ending on 31st May).

Account Balances and Terminations: Allstar’s with an outstanding account balance may not terminate their account until balances are paid. "No Fee" Terminations: If you have a medical issue that prevents you from utilising your membership, you may be allowed to terminate without penalty by providing a note from your doctor detailing the medical necessity of the termination. If you move and your new home is more than ten miles from SAF, you may terminate without penalty, provided that you lived within ten miles of the SAF at the time you began your agreement.

Here's Some Random Shit That Didn't Fit Anywhere Else.

SAF can cancel this agreement at any time and will pay you for unused future services. Without limiting SAF's ability to terminate this membership for cause, SAF may terminate this membership for any reason at the end of any given billing cycle. If SAF elects to so terminate, SAF will refund a pro-rata portion of any dues applicable to future billing cycle(s).

This membership belongs to you, and you can't give it to anyone else. It is expressly understood and agreed that this agreement is not assignable or transferable by Allstar, and no rights or privileges granted by this Membership can be transferred or assigned by Allstar.

We can take your pic, 'cause you sexy [unless you explicitly say otherwise]. Any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of you at the SAF may be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows, and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation.

In an effort to deliver the highest quality experience where are trainers are focused on you and your results, we ask that you don’t bring your children to the gym. As much as we’d love to accommodate them, in our experience it leads to a less-than-desirable experience where the either the trainer, the client, or both are distracted. Plus we’re not insured, so please don’t make it awkward for us.

While we never want to cull sessions or times on our timetable, if sessions are consistently underutilised [less than ~50% average attendance], they will end up on the endangered species list and may be removed.

Please Don't Sue Us (Liability Waiver)

You are working on your health and fitness at your own risk. It is further agreed that all exercises, including the use of weights, number of repetitions, and use of any and all machinery, equipment, and apparatus designed for exercising and the use of SAF premises and facilities shall be at the Allstar’s sole risk. Notwithstanding any consultation on exercise programs which may be provided by SAF employees or agents, it is hereby understood that the selection of exercise programs, methods and types of equipment shall be the Allstar’s entire responsibility, and SAF shall not be liable to an Allstar or Allstar’s family for any claims, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising due to injury to Allstar’s person or property arising out of or in connection with the use by Allstar of the services and facilities of SAF or the premises where the same is located.

SAF can't be responsible for your stuff, so leave the diamonds at home. If an Allstar brings any personal property onto the premises of SAF, the Allstar takes such action at the Allstar’s sole risk. The Allstar hereby holds SAF and its successors, assigns, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from all claims which may be brought against them by the Allstar, on Allstar’s behalf, by Allstar’s family, and Allstar’s executors, administrators, and personal representatives for any such injuries or claims aforesaid and Allstar for himself/herself and on behalf or his family, executors, administrators, and personal representatives does hereby forever release and discharge SAF, its successors, assigns, owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, losses and expenses. This section will survive any cancellation of this Agreement.
