Cancellation or downgrades can only be made through your Teamup account and must be made two weeks before the end of your current billing cycle to prevent subsequent billing. In the event of late cancellation, your membership will roll over for a further month and then stop. Upgrades are done using the Teamup Upgrade function in your account. These happen straight away with a prorated payment to take care of unused sessions from your previous membership. These Teamup functions (Upgrade, Downgrade and Cancel) take care of fee changes and membership changes automatically for you. This membership is only suitable for those who have been a member of a CrossFit Affiliate before or those who have gone through our beginners route at CrossFit Guildford. Some sessions are excluded from this membership, such as; free trials, skills, seminars, courses and other particular events. Non transferable and non refundable. Terms and conditionsThis membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. See the details on the "Description" tab for more information.Payments will be charged automatically each month on the same calendar day, starting on the date of purchase. In the case where the billing day does not occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the membership will be billed on the last day of the month. Your credit card will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership.This membership may only be cancelled via your TeamUp account up to two weeks before the end of the current billing month to prevent billing for additional months. Refunds will not be issued for partial months. Downgrades or cancellations must be made through your TeamUp account at least two weeks before the end of your current month to stop subsequent billing. In the event of non payment of fees, an outstanding bill for payment will be set up on your TeamUp account and we may use a payment collection service to secure the outstanding amount.
Upgrades can be made at any time during the month via the upgrade membership button on your TeamUp account. CrossFit Guildford reserve the right to cancel your membership if we deem your behaviour to be unacceptable in terms of social or health and safety issues. If we cancel your membership, we will refund partial weeks owing.
