This membership is only available to those who have been through an Introductory CrossFit course or those  have been  members of a CrossFit Affiliate before.

Changing your membership can only be done via your Teamup account. 

Cancelling or downgrading must be done in your Teamup account at least two weeks before the next billing date to prevent the membership rolling over for a further month. Upgrades occur immediately with a prorated  payment for the current unused sessions. 

These Teamup functions (Upgrade, Downgrade and Cancel) take care of fee changes and all membership changes automatically for you.

This membership is non refundable.

Sessions cancelled less than the specific cut off period before the start of the class will not be refunded. Please still unregister as it allows other members to join in the session.

    Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership bills every month. The first payment is due on the membership's start date. This membership entitles the purchaser to a full or partial discount on events/classes offered by the business. Some classes/events may be excluded from this membership. See the details on the "Description" tab for more information. Unless otherwise noted, this membership is non-transferable. Payments will be charged automatically each month on the same calendar day, starting on the date of purchase. In the case where the billing day does not occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), the membership will be billed on the last day of the month. In some instances, when a membership is put on hold, the billing date and the expiry date will be different. Your credit card will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the membership. This membership may be cancelled up to two weeks before the end of the current billing month to prevent billing for additional months. Refunds will not be issued for partial months. Downgrades or cancellations must be made through your TeamUp account at least two weeks before the end of your current month to stop subsequent billing. In the event of non payment of fees, an outstanding bill for payment will be set up on your TeamUp account and we may use a payment collection service to secure the outstanding amount.
    Upgrades can be made at any time during the month via the upgrade membership button on your TeamUp account. Cancellations for a session made less than three hours before the start of the session are not refunded. CrossFit Guildford reserve the right to cancel your membership if we deem your behaviour to be unacceptable in terms of social or health and safety issues. If we cancel your membership, we will refund partial weeks owing less a £10 administration fee.
