Strengthen & Flex is a practical workshop for people who love to be on the move. We know those ‘types’ hey, the nutter’s who enjoy getting up at silly-o’clock to head out on the bike before work, or squeeze in a cheeky 10k at lunch, or get excited at the sight of neoprene and a swim cap! We are those nutter's too, and we want to share with you some insights into training smarter, quicker and more mindfully. Join Becky and Elaine from 4Motion for this informative, high energy and dare we say ‘fun’ workshop for runners and triathletes.

Each workshop will have a specific focus, paying attention to areas of the body where we can develop power, strength and flexibility. Becky and Elaine will guide you through exercises, techniques and yoga postures to share insights into the anatomy, physiology and reasons why we practice these skills in training. Join us every other Saturday to shake up your training programme, and come away feeling stronger and more flexible.
