Boost
4Motion BOOST is an inclusive community project aiming to help you stay moving and connected. The sessions are designed for anyone who may need a BOOST for any reason e.g. being out of work, being inactive or struggling with their mental health. Our goal is to create accessible classes in fitness, movement and yoga, where we support each other as a group and collectively look after our physical and emotional health. Becky and Erica will provide weekly classes that involve physical movement with a different theme each week, for example posture and confidence.
We don't want money to be a barrier in accessing this club, so we are offering this club for free. But, if you are in a position to make a contribution towards the running of this class, it will help us to continue to run these sessions and support families and individuals in the local community.
