January Fat loss & Pull Up Challenge

In January our Coach Adam and Flan will be running a 28-day Fat loss & Pull Up Challenge. The winner will be determined by fat loss and pull up improvement.

- This will be supportive, but self-led - the more you put in, the more you get out!

- The programme is very progressive, focusing on 2-3 key elements each week, starting with good food choices and hydration

- in-body scan before and after is included to measure fat loss progress.

- We will also be providing a 4 week pull up programme to fast track your pulling strength ready for main class.

- Access to the start up zoom call and mid challenge check in call.
