CrossFit Tots: (walking to 4 years)
Each sessions is a fun filled 45 minute session of body awareness activities, mini workouts, assault courses and fitness games along with some free play, social time and the all important end of session snack club (parents to bring snacks for their child).

CrossFit Kids: (5-11 years)
Children will learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit which involves how to lift objects safely and effectively as well as fun, challenging ways to move their own body.  Each session involves a group warm up, a focus item for that session (gymnastics or lifting based), a short workout, a challenge and a fitness game.  During the sessions coaches will involve the kids in maths questions, nutrition conversations and encourage positive attitudes towards tackling difficult tasks.  The aim of having FUN through fitness is our principal goal to encourage all children to have a life long love of movement.

Fundamentals Course

New to CrossFit? Want to learn or improve on the basics? Then this is the course for you.
During this course you will learn the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit - The Squats, Pulls and Presses.
This will be covered over two private 1-2-1 sessions with one of our expert coaches / personal trainers.
Upon purchase of the course you will be given access to a set of online videos to watch prior to attending your first session and you will be provided a link to schedule the session.

Reclaiming Your Physical Strength Course

What You'll Get From The Course
Course Benefits:
- A 6 week strength programme. A powerlifting inspired weekly programme intended to reintroduce you to barbell training after a long period of inactivity, injury or a training break.

- Accountability buddies. Start the programme with a community of likeminded people. Link with a training buddy to stay motivated or use the group activity feed to stay accountable.

- Expert guidance. A movement demonstration library and weekly guidance from our strength training coaches Erik Nagy & Carl Marsh.

- Strength transformation. Consistently follow the programme over the 6 weeks and you will obtain improvements to your overall physical strength.

What you need to participate
- Training Days. You need to be able to commit to 3 weekly strength training sessions of approximately 45 mins to 1 hour in duration. Ideally these would be spread throughout the week to allow for appropriate physical recovery.

- Equipment Access. The main kit requirement will be a barbell and a sufficient amount of weight that can be loaded in varying percentages of your maximum strength for back squat, bench press and deadlift. You will also require a pull up bar and dumbbells at various weights.

- Ability Level. This programme is not designed for complete beginners. It is advised that either a minimum of 3 months lifting experience has been undertaken or you have access to a coach to supervise your movements throughout the programme

Membership also includes a subscription to personal tracking application beyond the whiteboard (btwb) and access to our Outside of The Box Fitness (OTBFit) private community platform (access links will be provided following membership purchase).
