CrossFit Teens Fundamental Course

Suitable for children aged 12-19 years.  Participants will be required to attend 6 x 1 hour sessions over a 2 week period where they will learn how to lift weight safely & effectively via the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit (the squats, presses & pulls), how to move their body well through the basics of gymnastics as well as challenging themselves via various cardiovascular based workouts.

?This course will give attendees an excellent understanding of functional fitness basics as well as provide knowledge bites in other areas such as nutrition, mindset & injury prevention.  All delivered in a FUN, sociable setting.
