PAYG £14.00 The 6-week Kettlebell training programme ensures you develop multiple strength and fitness qualities. If you have never been instructed with kettlebells or done very little weight training before, a 1:1 session with Nick in advance of your first group session is recommended. Even if experienced you will find this 1:1 highly beneficial.
