‘small group personal training taster session’ FREE

A free one-off session for upto 10 newcomers to show what can be done for you as an individual within the small group context of small group personal training, (capacity 4 in normal sessions in your block) with some brief needs analysis work, discussion of aims and goals, and suggested best training methods for you, and how you could achieve transformational results over a 6 week block of training with me.
