Shorts or leggings. Skin is need to grip the pole but wear what you’re comfortable in

Yoga mat and blocks. We do have some available at the studio too
Optional: knee pads if you like floorwork comfort
Important Info
Please arrive 5 minutes before class so you’re ready to start with the warm up
If you miss the warm up, you won’t be able to join for safety reasons.No prerequisites, this is for complete beginners
