💜 What to Bring

  • Shorts or leggings. Skin is need to grip the pole but wear what you’re comfortable in

  • A comfy top you can move freely in

  • Water

  • Yoga mat and blocks. We do have some available at the studio too

  • Optional: knee pads if you like floorwork comfort

Important Info

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before class so you’re ready to start with the warm up
    If you miss the warm up, you won’t be able to join for safety reasons.

  • No prerequisites, this is for complete beginners

  • All bodies, all identities, all movement levels welcome
