Essentials Membership

The Essentials Membership is our no-frills, flexible option—perfect for those who want to attend 5 classes per month (roughly one per week). At £15 per class, it’s a great way to save while keeping your training consistent.

Life happens, and we understand that sometimes you might need to miss a session. That’s why your membership comes with 5 credits per month—if you miss one class, you can easily catch up another week. It’s completely up to you how you use your credits and which classes you attend, so you can fit your training around your life. There’s no minimum term, and you can cancel at any time with 28 days’ notice through your GoTeamUp dashboard. Once signed up, your membership is automatically added to your account, and you can start scheduling classes straight away. As a bonus, Essentials members enjoy extra classes throughout December!  The membership bills monthly.

Recurring Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any recurring monthly membership (Essentials, Elevate, or Mastery), you are agreeing to our recurring membership terms and conditions as outlined on the Maya Dance and Fitness GoTeamUp booking system. These terms are in place to ensure our classes run consistently throughout the year, with minimal closures over Christmas, New Year, and bank holidays.

All recurring memberships are non-transferable. There is no minimum term, and your membership will continue month-to-month until you cancel with 28 days’ notice. Cancellation must be made at least 28 days before your next billing date. If notice is given late, you will be charged for one final cycle, which you can fully use before your membership ends. Memberships can be cancelled via your GoTeamUp account dashboard. If the 28-day notice is not provided, a £50 cancellation fee may apply.

We are happy to upgrade, downgrade, or pause memberships as needed. Pausing your membership carries a £10 admin fee and can be done for a minimum of 28 days, up to a maximum of 3 months. Pauses are ideal for longer breaks but not short holidays, as our flexible booking system allows you to schedule classes around short absences.

Membership Perks

Memberships come with added benefits: Maya Elevate members receive 20% off practice sessions, while Maya Mastery members can access free practice sessions or 20% off extra classes once their allowance is used. Bonus classes are also offered in December to make the most of your training before the holidays.

Financial Difficulty

If you experience financial difficulties, please get in touch. We want to help you continue training without stress. Late payment fees may apply via the payment processor if a payment fails, but instructions will be emailed automatically to help you resolve this.
