WHAT IS IT?


A 12-week program for newbies, designed to take you from complete novice to pole bad ass! Our pole programs are carefully designed to ensure you progress safely and effectively week on week. Although you will be starting as a group, the program consists of progressions and variations, because we're not all exactly the same, so why would our bodies move exactly the same way? Programs are set out to up your confidence on the pole, while building strength, awareness and coordination, supporting body neutrality in an uplifting and welcoming social environment. 

 

WHO'S IT FOR?


Our courses are specifically designed for those with no prior experience of pole dance or aerial arts. No gym, yoga, or dance background is required. Start as you are! They are also a great way to find your feet again if you have been on a long break and would like to dive back into the wonderful world of upside down! 


WHY DO IT?


Pole and aerial arts are unlike any other fitness programs: uplifting (literally and figuratively), positive, encouraging, welcoming, individual, creative, empowering, fun, lighthearted, nourishing, challenging, tough, gritty, inclusive, non-competitive, GOOD FOR BODY, MIND AND SOUL! Seriously though, body weight exercise such as pole and aerial is great for you if you'd like to overall feel a bit stronger, happier and more positive, sleep a bit better, be a bit nicer to yourself, meet some amazing new people and make a bit more time for yourself!

By booking onto any 12-week pole program or aerial arts program, you agree to The Maya Method terms and conditions:

- programs are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

- if you opt out at any point during the 12 weeks while your program is underway, no monetary refunds are due.

- if you can't make one week - do not worry! You can book a catch up lesson! Just e-mail us with the time and date of an alternative beginner class you can make that week. This will need to be arranged 24 hours prior to the class starting, and can be done a maximum of twice throughout the course. 
- if at any point in the course, you find yourself unsure with your progress, please take in the program emails you get sent over the 12 weeks to help keep you motivated and do reach out to us at any time if you feel yourself stuck in training <3.
