Young Flyers: Aerial Arts
Join our Aerial Arts class for kids ages 5 to 11, where we focus on Aerial Hoop and Sling while having tons of fun! At Maya Dance and Fitness, our Young Flyers courses help children connect with their playful side by hanging upside down and learning new skills. Each session kicks off with a lively warm-up to music, followed by conditioning exercises to boost strength and coordination. We teach new tricks and hangs every week, plus some free playtime for kids to recap what they’ve learned. They’re usually having so much fun spinning around that they don’t even realize they’re building strength, flexibility, and coordination! Our qualified, DBS-registered instructors ensure a safe and supportive environment. Classes follow the school term schedule, so please note there are no drop-in options.
