4 week muscle up Development program Pt.1

This program is designed for those who are looking to work towards gaining their first muscle up. The majority of this program is strength bias as this is the key factor to a muscle up.

This program includes video links to help you along the way.

The minimum requirement for this program is that participants can do a 1 x strict pull up & 1 x strict rig dip.
