GENERAL RULES
1. REGISTRATION
Registration must be completed through the Tribe Team Up website and is legal and binding even without the signature of the participant. By registering the registrant affirms for himself and for all other registered participants that they are aware of the general terms and conditions and accept them.
2. FEE
The fee schedule at the date of registration applies. The fee is understood as per person and will be stated in EUR.
3. CANCELLATION
A participant may only cancel in writing. The cancelation fees:
up to 60 days before start 50 %
30 or fewer days before start 100 %
This rule applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
4. PERFORMANCE
Max length routine 3min.
Props are permitted, provided that: Discarding them will not be potentially hazardous for subsequent performers (e.g. where water or other liquids will be left on the floor).
Human props are permitted.
Props requiring extensive clean-up will not be permitted.
The prop(s) can be removed from the stage by 1 person in 2 minutes or less after the routine has finished.
Grip aids are permitted, apart from grip aids that leave a residue on the pole (e.g. Tuf-Skin, Stickum or ITac)
Performers must not apply any lotions, creams, oils, or oily fake tan to their skin prior to the event.
Body paint is only permitted on areas of the body that will not come into contact with the pole.
Performer must always conduct themselves appropriately.

6. COPYRIGHTS AND USE RIGHTS OF PHOTOS AND VIDEO
Persons who are present during “TRIBE SHOWCASE” will be photographed and filmed. These recordings can be used for promotional purposes on the website, in flyers, newspaper reports and on Facebook and other social media-channels. By registering the participants expressly give their consent to publication without compensation of any photos or film recordings made of them.
