Arrival 4pm on Friday / Finish 4pm on Sunday.
8 Workshops for group  (4 aerial hoop workshops & 4 Floorwork workshops)

Plus Special Workshop with all Instructors.

2 groups: Low Inter and Inter/Advance.

Low Inter generic level requirements:

Students should feel comfortable in spins, leg hangs, inverts, low inter shapes.

Intermediate/Advance generic level requirements:

Students should feel comfortable and confident in spins, leg hangs, inverts, inter to advance shapes. Experience on shapes on spandex. 

Just remainder that instructors will give students suitable progression for their levels.
