8 Workshops for group  (4 pole workshops & 4 Floorwork workshops)

2 groups: Low Inter and Inter/Advance.

Low Inter generic level requirements:

Students should feel comfortable and confident in their one-handed spins, leg hangs, hip holds and extended butterfly. 

Intermediate/Advance generic level requirements:

Experience in handsprings, shoulder mount, jade, aerial invert, pole handstands, one-handed spins.

Just remainder that instructors will give students suitable progression for their levels.
