Morning Movement Classes - Pack of 8
Begins on the date of the first registration. Valid for 30 days.
Morning Movement Classes are short 15-20 minute daily online workouts (from Monday - Thursday) to help you start your day well. Each session will focus on a different body areas/ themes, helping to mobilise, strengthen and release tension in your neck, shoulders, hips and lower back.

Breathing exercises and mindful movements will help connect you to your body and release stress and tension before you start your day.

Just 15 minutes of movement a day will help you to improve posture, gain flexibility, and build strength. Find calm and relaxation and practice simple movements to help you feel good in your body every day!
