Ankor On Demand
Access to our library of pre-recorded videos so that you can practice Pilates in your own time. At least 2 videos uploaded each month.

Initial 1-1 Consultation
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 30 days.
Initial 1-1 helps us assess where you are in your body, mind, and lifestyle. Before your consultation you will be asked to complete 2 detailed forms about your back pain. During your consultation we will go through your forms together and we will ask you to tell us the ‘story’ of your back pain. We will also discuss other wider factors in your life that can affect back pain such as stress, sleep and beliefs around pain.

Consultation includes:
• Holistic analysis of body, mind and lifestyle
• Postural & movement analysis
• Personalised exercises to practice at home
• Information and resources on back pain
• Progress tracking through creating goals and targets together

Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 60 days.
1-1s are excellent for those with a specific problem like low back pain or who are recovering from an injury. You might have just finished a round of treatments with a physiotherapist / osteopath / chiropractor who has recommended that you take up Pilates.

These detailed private lessons can help get you out of pain and prevent further recurrence. You will receive lots of hands-on correction and learn simple ‘first aid’ exercises to stop pain. We will look at coping strategies, come up with some achievable goals, and create personalised exercise plans for you to work on alone so that you recover as quickly as possible.
