One-off group session on specified access days only. Bills once and has one use which follows our normal booking conditions. No refund for non usage. Expires 2 weeks after purchase date.

Individual Group membership access charged on a monthly basis. Membership recurs monthly for a minimum of 6 months from the date of purchase and will then automatically renew on a 30day rolling contract until notice is given to cancel. 30days notice period must be given to chris@cmfit.co.uk to cancel the agreement after the initial fixed period. Cancelation of the contract earlier than the term length will result in a fee which will be at 50% of the normal monthly payment for the duration that is remaining and will be required upfront. Access restrictions are individual and limited to a maximum of 1 Group session per day which will also follow our booking conditions and late cancelation policy set out. By commencing and continuing this membership you agree to the above terms and our general terms & conditions on your account. Memberships are subject to an annual £% increase which will be set out no less than 60 days notice by CM Fitness.
