Group Personal Training is an affordable way to have the accountability and individual attention of a personal training session. Each person is given a customized workout focused on their specific goals, unlike a structured class. All group training members have the option of monthly measurements, progress pictures, and accountability emails.

Single Private Training Session
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 6 months.
Private one on one sessions, scheduled and booked one time. Includes 40 minutes sessions, initial consultation, measurements, customized programs, nutrition coaching, and therapeutic modalities on an as needed basis.
