This membership allows usage during open gym time slots and unlimited classes. It also includes access to massage chair, In-Body, Peloton, steam & sauna, as well as boxing studio. You will need to set up this membership through a True Balance Studio consultant to receive your access code and to review policies and procedures.
Group Training, Classes, & Access - Tier 1
Group Personal Training is an affordable way to have the accountability and individual attention of a personal training session. Each person is given a customized workout focused on their specific goals, unlike a structured class. All group training members have the option of monthly measurements, progress pictures, and accountability emails.
Group Training Memberships include:

This membership allows for open gym access, Steam & Sauna, Massage Chair and Peloton sign ups. It also includes workout access in the boxing studio. It does not include classes.

Customer is able to use any class for the 10 pk, within a six month period.

Dry Needling & Soft Tissue Therapy
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 6 months.
Dry needling is a technique in which fine needles are inserted into a tight band or “knot” in a muscle. The needle is gently positioned in and out of the muscle. The effect is that of increased blood flow throughout this area of muscle and a release of tension and pain. You may also see an immediate increase in mobility and function. This is followed up with soft tissue work, massage and stretching. Kristin also reviews exercises and/or stretches that will make the needling more effective. Initial sessions must be one hour because they also include the consultation and medical history review.
