Group Personal Training is an affordable way to have the accountability and individual attention of a personal training session. Each person is given a customized workout focused on their specific goals, unlike a structured class. All group training members have the option of monthly measurements, progress pictures, and accountability emails.

This is a great membership for accountability, form correction, injury prevention, and an opportunity to learn new exercises to be used during open gym. Dry Needling & Soft Tissue Therapy

Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 6 months.

Dry needling is a technique in which fine needles are inserted into a tight band or “knot” in a muscle. The needle is gently positioned in and out of the muscle. The effect is that of increased blood flow throughout this area of muscle and a release of tension and pain. You may also see an immediate increase in mobility and function. This is followed up with soft tissue work, massage and stretching. Kristin also reviews exercises and/or stretches that will make the needling more effective. Initial sessions must be one hour because they also include the consultation and medical history review.

Kids Art Camp

Elliot will be working with kids ages 7-11 to incorporate movement and art. Encouraging creativity, through sketching, model clay, finger knitting, story telling, improv, chalk murals & more. This program will run for 8 weeks, starting June 25th - Aug 20th. Every Wednesday, from 4:30-5:30 PM, drop ins available for $25.
