Weekly Yoga Club

Join Lucyoga for a weekly online yoga class which will help you to create a healthy and supple body and mind. This easy to practice yoga uses slow and flowing movements to improve core stability and flexibility and to release tension and stress.

You can choose how you would like to attend this class - either live or using a recording.

Live Class delivered via Zoom
The class will take place live on Zoom on Monday mornings at 9:30 am, and you will also receive a recording of the session afterwards, to use on-demand until the next session. This is a great option for those who want to be part of a live group at a set time every week. If for any reason you are unable to attend you still get the recording to practice at a time that suits you in the following week.

To select this option choose Live Class delivered via Zoom from the two options immediately below this description box.

OR

Recorded Class delivered via Email

The other way to attend is that you can opt to receive a recording of the class, which is sent via email on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 am and is available to use whenever, and as often as you like, until the following Monday.

To select this option choose Recorded Class delivered via Email from the two options immediately below this description box.

Both options are available on a block booking basis and are offered in 4-week blocks.

The Lucyoga Lift-Up pass is available for both live or recorded, so if you need a lift-up to bring this vital self-care into your life then please use this option. And please do spread the word if you know someone who needs it.

About the yoga

Dru Yoga is a style of Hatha Yoga, which is influenced by Tai Chi and Qi Gong, Pilates, Isolated Active Stretching and other techniques to keep the body and mind healthy and strong, to build resilience inside and out. I also teach Yin Yoga, a slow, floor-based, meditative style of yoga that brings balance to body and mind.

Classes are open to complete beginners and inclusive for all body types, genders and levels of fitness.
