Fixed Length
On Ramp
Starts on the date of purchase. Valid for 2 weeks.
A 2 Week Fixed Contract Membership that gives those new to CrossFit the opportunity to attend our 7pm - 8pm and 8pm - 9pm classes Monday -Thursday and 9am - 10am Saturday and Sunday morning classes. These classes will follow our box WOD programming but will provide more specific coaching time around the movement in the WOD to allow a more gradual integration into the main classes.

If you have been doing CrossFit for sometime then you may wish to opt straight for one of our contract memberships or try the On Ramp membership as a bit of a refresher!!

At the end of the 2 week membership you will have the option to move straight into our group Introduction Course which will cover in more detail the fundamentals of Crossfit that you have been exposed to during your 2 week on ramp membership. Once the Introduction Course has been completed you will be able to join up on one of our full memberships and have access to our full timetable.

Additional Off Peak open gym sessions can be purchased separately at a cost of £5 per session

3 Classes Per Week
Access to 3 Classes per week. This includes WOD classes and Fundamental sessions.

Assault Fitness
Functional High Intensity Interval Training

Assault Fitness is a highly energised, friendly Interval based conditioning class that involves you working out as an individual in a group environment. Classes include low skilled, functional exercises that are all scalable to match the needs of the individuals. This class will see you light up your metabolism allowing for an effective fat burning session whilst also improving your aerobic power and lactate threshold. These sessions are ideal for anyone looking to shed a few pounds, work on general fitness or improve sports performance.
