Beginners Silks 6 Week Course

This is a 6 week course, suitable for people who have never done any Aerial Silks before, featuring some simple poses close to the ground, how to begin to climb the silks, and how to link them together.

The Aerial Arts are a great way to tone muscles. It really is a fantastic, and more important fun, work out.

You'll want to wear a vest/t-shirt and shorts/leggings; bearing in mind that to start with you'll feel more comfortable with your skin covered and protected. It is a workout so you'll need to be able to move around comfortably. You can wear socks, though barefoot is easiest.

Please note that when booking our 6 week course that your place is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person, nor can missed sessions be transferred to a different date.
