Stretch and Balance course

Come and stretch with us! Alicia will be taking you through a variety of poses, movements and even some simple acro balances, all designed to help with your balance and flexibility.

This is suitable for all levels; whether you’re already a student here, or just want to ease yourself into some low-impact exercise. 

Stretching is great for improving mobility, reducing stiff and sore muscles, and for our pole and aerial students, it really can help those tricks and poses look even better for your photos!

Please note that when booking the full 4 week course that your place is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person, nor can missed sessions be transferred to a different date.
