Beginners Aerial Hoop Course

This is a six week course, suitable for people who have never done any Aerial Hoop before, featuring some simple ways to climb into and pose in the hoop, and how to link them together. During this time our instructor will take you through all of our Beginner moves, giving you the chance to earn your Beginners Hoop Trophy.

The Aerial Arts are a great way to tone muscles. It really is a fantastic, and more important fun, work out.

You'll want to wear a vest/t-shirt and shorts/leggings; bearing in mind that to start with you'll feel more comfortable with your skin covered and protected. It is a workout so you'll need to be able to move around comfortably. You can wear socks, though barefoot is easiest.
