Beginners Pole 6 Week Course

This is a six week course, suitable for people who have never done any Pole before, or if you're still building up your confidence before joining our Mixed Ability groups. We'll be trying some simple pole spins and poses, and how to link them together, and start getting of the ground, climbing the pole.

Pole fitness is a great way to tone muscles. It really is a fantastic, and more important fun, work out.

You'll want to wear a vest/crop top and shorts. It is a workout so you'll need to be able to move around comfortably, we wouldn't recommend denim. You can wear socks, though barefoot is easiest.
