Exotic Pole Flow - 4 Week Course

Explore the sexier side of Pole with our Exotic Flow course! Pole flow is a skill in it's own right, it involves seamlessly linking moves and transitions around the bottom of the pole. It's a fun workout, and a great opportunity to find how you naturally want to move. All abilities welcome!

We'll be creating a full routine over the whole 4 weeks, adding on each week. Don't forget your heels. Knee pads recommended.
