Beginners - Intermediate Pole - 3 Week Block

Come try out pole fitness, you do not have to be fit or flexible to have a go.

There are a maximum of 12 students per class, so it is important to book in advance to avoid disappointment. We have 6 poles in each of our 2 studios.

What to wear - you need to wear shorts as you need your legs to grip the pole, any sort of top, bare feet or socks.
