Pole Flow - 4 Week Course

Come and experiment with different styles and find the one for you!

Pole flow is a skill in it's own right, it involves seamlessly linking moves and transitions around the bottom of the pole. It's a fun workout, and a great opportunity to find how you naturally want to move. All abilities welcome!

We'll be trying a new routine each week to different music, heels are welcome in the last week when we will be working on exotic flow. Knee pads recommended.
