Novice Pole Course

This is a six week course featuring some more pole spins and poses, and starting to climb and go upside down. During this time our instructor will take you through all of our novice moves, giving you the chance to earn your Novice Pole Medal.

Pole fitness is a great way to tone muscles. It really is a fantastic, and more important fun, work out.

You'll want to wear a vest/crop top and shorts. It is a workout so you'll need to be able to move around comfortably, we wouldn't recommend denim. You can wear socks, though barefoot is easiest.
