Beginners Pole Course

This is a six week course, suitable for people who have never done any Pole before, featuring some more simple pole spins and poses, and how to link them together. During this time our instructor will take you through all of our Beginner moves, giving you the chance to earn your Beginners Pole Medal.

Pole fitness is a great way to tone muscles. It really is a fantastic, and more important fun, work out.

You'll want to wear a vest/crop top and shorts. It is a workout so you'll need to be able to move around comfortably, we wouldn't recommend denim. You can wear socks, though barefoot is easiest.
