Novice Aerial Hoop Course

This is a six week course featuring some more poses in the hoop and how to link them together. During this time our instructor will take you through all of our novice moves, giving you the chance to earn your Novice Hoop Trophy. This isn't suitable for complete Beginners, we do ask that you already can climb into and sit in a hoop.

The Aerial Arts are a great way to tone muscles. It really is a fantastic, and more important fun, work out.

You'll want to wear a vest/t-shirt and shorts/leggings; bearing in mind that to start with you'll feel more comfortable with your skin covered and protected. It is a workout so you'll need to be able to move around comfortably. You can wear socks, though barefoot is easiest.
