SILKS & AERIAL HOOP (LYRA). Come & learn how to use these wonderful circus apparatus, in which the student learns beautiful movements and shapes.

What to wear: Leggings and long sleeved top is ideal but any sort of workout gear is also fine (not baggy) bare feet

During this class your child will learn aerial hoop and silks along with flexibility training and strength training.

There is only a maximum of 8 students per class

For an affordable monthly subscription, you can join our Adult Membership Scheme, which includes 2 classes per week in either pole, aerial or both.

Saturday – Pole 11:00am, Aerial 12:15pm

Max 10 people per Pole Class, 8 per Aerial, spaces available on a first-come- first-serve basis

As a member you get £5 discount off any extra group pole/aerial classes, and £5 off any courses including our popular Stretch & Balance ones!

For an extra £16 per month, teens can get an extra lesson per week, which can be used on any of our Teens or Adult Members classes
