Novice Aerial Hoop Course

This is a six week course, following on from our Beginners course. Using your new found confidence we will be trying some different poses and even start to hang off the top bar. During this time our instructor will take you through our Novice moves, giving you the chance to earn your Novice Hoop Trophy. This is perfect for people who have already done 4 or more sessions of Aerial Hoop, however this is your first time, we'd recommend our Beginners Hoop course instead.

The Aerial Arts are a great way to tone muscles. It really is a fantastic, and more important fun, work out.

Please note that when booking our 6 week course that your place is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person, nor can missed sessions be transferred to a different date.

You'll want to wear a vest/t-shirt and shorts/leggings; bearing in mind that to start with you'll feel more comfortable with your skin covered and protected. It is a workout so you'll need to be able to move around comfortably. You can wear socks, though barefoot is easiest.
