Novice Pole Course

Following on from our Beginners Pole course, this is a six week course featuring some more pole spins and poses, and starting to climb and go upside down. During this time our instructor will take you through all of our novice moves, giving you the chance to earn your Novice Pole Medal. This is perfect for people who have already done 4 or more sessions of Pole, however this is your first time, we'd recommend our Beginners Pole course instead.

Pole fitness is a great way to tone muscles. It really is a fantastic, and more important fun, work out.

Please note that when booking our 6 week course that your place is non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person, nor can missed sessions be transferred to a different date.
